This integrated eco-system means you need no longer be worried by anything and everything to do with IT.

Scanning

In order to be able to work efficiently in your warehouse, you can efficiently make use of tablets, smartphones or scanners that are linked to Aptean Food & Beverage ERP by Radio Frequency. Working in this way is easy and user-friendly. Labels are allocated to load carriers and their article number, batch number and expiry date are scanned. This results in less chance of error because this series of inventory levels, stock picking, unit allocation and stock inventory are processed real-time in Aptean Food & Beverage ERP.

EDI

Almost every food company has to deal with the retailer's requirement to communicate digitally via an interface. The most widely-used standard is EDI; the exchange of interface messages between supplier and retailer. We have developed various standard EDI messages within Aptean Food & Beverage ERP so that suppliers and retailers can communicate with one another, such as ORDERS, APERAK, DESADV (including SSCC data), INVOIC and VMI. Every retailer has different requirements. In order to align messages with one another, mapping these messages is possible.

Webshop

An increasing number of B2B buyers wish to handle their procurement via a webshop. E-commerce is therefore becoming increasingly important to satisfy the requirements of B2B buyers. Together with our partners, we offer an excellent e-commerce solution for companies in the food sector.

Invoice Processing
